SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer two different options for US orders:
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days maximum depending on the location
- Express: 1 to 3 days, some shipping options also operate on weekend.
International orders:
- Fedex International Economy (6 to 12 days)
- Fedex International Priority (3 to 5 days)
Contact us if you need any custom shipping quote or if you have any questions regarding the delivery options.
If your padel racket arrived damaged, please immediatly send us an email at contact@padelusa.com with detailed pictures and without taking off any label or plastics.
Note: We are doing our best to quality check all the padel rackets we receive from the brands, but sometimes damages can happen during transit.
We don't currently offer free shipping on padel rackets, but we do sometimes send free shipping discount codes to our members.
Note: If you pay $10 for shipping, It usually cost us around $12 to ship it a padel racket.
ORDERS
When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the carrier tracking number (note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation email).
After your order has been placed, you receive an email with the confirmation and after your order has been shipped you receive an email with the tracking number where you can track your order,
Delay may occur between the time we ship your order and when you receive the confirmation that it has been shipped.

First, double check everywhere with your front desk or every location the package could have been delivered, if you still not find it please contact the carrier directly for fastest service.
You will be able to raise a case if they can't locate the package either
Yes if just after placing your order, you realized that you made a mistake entering the shipping address - Otherwise our fulfilment team moves quickly to process and ship your order - We can not change the delivery address after it has been labelled and shipped, however you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the shipping address or redirect the package.

We only sell products from official brands and distributors
Warranty claims differ by brand. For faster service, contact directly the brand on their website
